Did you know that with 42 Euro you can feed a child in Africa for a whole year?

That is the appel from JAM - Joint Aid Management, a South African founded registered non-profit, Christian humanitarian relief and development organisation with 25 years of experience in relief and sustainable development.

JAM’s programmes focus on nutritional feeding, school feeding, assistance to orphans and vulnerable children, the provision of water and sanitation, as well as skills development, community training on agricultural development, income generation projects and HIV/AIDS programming.

I decided to do my part. And here it is:
Every single cent, apart from shiping and material costs, that I sell from my Crafts works until the 24th of december will be donated to JAM.

JAM Germany (where I live) is making a call to gather the amount of money to feed 10.000 children!

Wusstest du, dass mit 42 Euro ein Kind in Afrika für ein ganzes Jahr lang ernährt werden kann?

Das ist das appel von JAM - Joint Aid Management, eine christliche, humanitäre Hilfsorganisation, die sich in den letzten 25 Jahren in verschiedenen Bereichen der Entwicklungshilfe spezialisiert hat. JAM unterhält humanitäre Projekte in zur Zeit acht afrikanischen Ländern. Diese werden durch internationale Spenden finanziert. 

Die Arbeit von JAM in Afrika beinhaltet folgende Projektbereiche:

• Ernährungsprogramme, in Kooperation mit Schulen und anderen Bildungseinrichtungen
• Brunnenbohrungen und Projekte im Gesundheits- und Hygienebereich
• Landwirtschaftliche Entwicklungsprojekte
• Handwerkliche Ausbildung und Schulungen

Das Ziel von JAM ist, das Leben der Kinder Afrikas nachhaltig und positiv zu verändern.

Ich beschloss, meinen Teil dazu beitragen. Und hier ist es:
Jeder Cent, abgesehen von Verands-und Materialkosten, die ich verkaufe aus meinem Shopd bis zum 24. Dezember wird am JAM gespendet werden.
